Welcome Chase Dean

I’m a newly married Woodstock local and I have years of experience selling homes. I grew up in Jasper, GA learning from my dad who was in insurance and then real estate most of my life. On top of my pursuit of a four year degree in marketing, I have a dinner table degree in sales from my parents. I found when I was in college that I genuinely enjoyed sales, marketing, and most of all helping people. Then I realized that real estate was the perfect marriage of those things by allowing me to help people through one of the most difficult and complicated processes they will ever go through. I help my clients through the process of selling or investing in what is generally their largest financial asset; their home. We have connections with a robust team of professionals in the home buying and selling process from excellent mortgage lenders to down to a great plumber, and we have the knowledge to help you navigate the complexities of your next move. As cliché as it may sound, our philosophy has always been to listen and put our client’s needs at the top of our priority list, and the long line of positive client reviews we have backs that up.
