I have worked in my family’s real estate business for decades. My career in management, technology, and education have provided me with valuable skills that I use in educating clients, negotiating deals, marketing listings, and navigating technology in real estate sales, investing, and property management. I fell in love with Charlotte when visiting my daughter while she was here for college and shortly after relocated here from Washington, DC. As a Charlotte transplant, I enjoy being a relocation specialist so that I can share my love of Charlotte and my viewpoint as a transplant with my clients who are moving to Charlotte, too. I also have a passion for first time homebuyers, especially those who must overcome challenges with obtaining mortgages. I am a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and am At Home With Diversity (AHWD) certified. I advocate for affordable housing and support programs that educate marginalized populations about the value of homeownership and building wealth & legacy with real estate. My clients describe me as responsive, hardworking, honest, and a joy to work with. For me, it’s always about the relationship with my client and their needs.
